Photo theft just seems to be something Ms. Emily Witcher, of Project Undefined (or Pundefined, as her latest attempt at escaping her repuation has caused her to rename her store) cannot stop doing. She’s doing it again, and if you don’t know why I’m saying ‘again,’ this post will fill you in.
I’m sure they’ll be deleted soon, but these were taken from her new store facebook page today, February 11th, 2014. They were added very recently, I just took this screenshot at noon, Central Time, February 11th, 2014.
Onto the photo theft
(If a photo is too small to see clearly, try clicking it. Larger images have been shrunk somewhat automatically by my blog theme)
Crush/Unnamed by Pundefined.
Dream/Juiced (Yes, she stole pictures of two different products entirely and claimed they were the same shadow)
Dream Iridescent/Satin Sheets
Seafoam Iridescent/Cotton Sheets
Twilight Iridescent/Silk Sheets
Minty Fresh/’Julip’ (It’s ‘julep,’ damnit)
Neon/UV reactive swatches
Rocket Fuel/Shocker. Notice how this looks nothing like the fake Shocker swatch in the rainbow stacker picture.
Skank swatch/swatch labelled Twilight.
Once again, this is not about Emily in particular. This is about photo theft, which is a big fucking deal. You’re stealing someone else’s intellectual property, something they put time, effort, money, and products into.
Oh, and Emily knows this. Why, she’s spent the past few days calling out a shop for doing it.
